Hi, I’m Trish — a ProAdvisor Certified Bookkeeper based in Phoenix, AZ, with over a decade of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. I help Realtors, teams, and brokerages across the U.S. gain financial clarity through clean, accurate, and strategic bookkeeping solutions.

Before founding Arana Bookkeeping, I spent years immersed in the day-to-day operations of top-producing real estate teams. I was the Executive Assistant to Brian North at North&Co. for over four years, supporting high-volume transactions and back-office operations. Prior to that, I worked with Robin Orscheln and the RO Luxury Group, assisting a team of nine agents and providing bookkeeping and administrative support for more than two years.

My real estate roots run even deeper — I was a licensed Realtor in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, actively serving buyers and sellers in the Portland metro area before transitioning into operational and financial support roles. This well-rounded background gives me a unique perspective: I understand the fast-paced, high-pressure world of real estate and the importance of knowing your numbers.
